By accessing and using the Smoke Fiends website (the “Site”) and purchasing any products from Smoke Fiends, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our Site or purchase our products. Smoke Fiends reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance.

We ship products to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Smoke Fiends is not responsible for delays outside our control, including customs processing for international orders.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are disclosed at checkout. Any delivery issues must be reported to support@smokefiends.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please review our Return and Refund Policy for details on how to return products and request refunds. For health and safety reasons, used filters cannot be returned or refunded.
